At AICloudAcc, we stand behind every product we sell. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund or replacement, how to request one, and what to expect from the process.
Our Commitment
We manually verify every account before listing it for sale. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise after purchase. Our goal is to resolve every legitimate concern quickly and fairly.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The account you received does not work at the time of delivery
- The account details provided are incorrect or invalid
- The account has already been used or changed before you received it
- The product you received is significantly different from what was described
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds and replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after completing the purchase
- You purchased the wrong account type or category
- The account was suspended or banned due to your own actions after delivery
- You violated the terms of service of the platform the account belongs to
- More than 24 hours have passed since delivery without a reported issue
- You have already successfully accessed and used the account
Replacement Policy
In most cases, we will offer a replacement before processing a refund. If a working replacement is available, it will be delivered to you promptly at no additional cost. If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued instead.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To submit a request, contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- A screenshot or evidence of the problem where possible

Processing Time
Once your request is received and reviewed, we aim to respond within 12 to 24 hours during business hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your payment method.
Important Notes
- All sales are considered final once an account has been accessed and confirmed working
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above
- Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account suspension
- This policy applies to direct purchases from AICloudAcc only and does not cover third-party resellers
